Our Process
Initial contact
We would be happy to advise you on all questions and matters concerning interpretation at your event.
We interpret on a wide range of subjects.
Regardless of whether you contact us by phone, e-mail or our enquiry form, you will always make direct contact with our helpful interpreters, who will treat your request as if it were their own. Wherever possible, you will be advised from the outset by the interpreters who will later be work at your event.
Should you be new to organising an event involving the use of interpreters, we will gladly explain the different types of interpreting available and advise you on which is best suited to your purposes.
Diverse subjects
No matter whether you are organising an international conference on automotive engineering, European law, social policy, internal medicine, human rights, environmental law, transport and infrastructure projects or dental supplies, you will always be provided with interpreters who can draw on their knowledge of a wide range of topics or immerse themselves in the topic ahead of your event with areas that are less familiar to them.
Extensive advice
To prepare a comprehensive non-binding offer we require some basic information.
We will gladly advise you on the number of interpreters needed in which language combination and put together a customised team of specialists for your purpose.
We prefer to interpret at your event ourselves. However, if we are already booked or if there is a need for a larger number of interpreters, for language combinations or specialist areas that we do not cover ourselves, we will organise teams of interpreters for you that are tailor-made for your event.
The advantage from your point of view is that we are a network of interpreters and not an agency. Agencies often keep back a large part of the fees they charge to cover their administrative costs, which is why top interpreters avoid them. We “organise ourselves” and make our very lean organisational costs transparent in our offer. This means that the fees you pay us go directly to the interpreters. This enables us to organise the best interpreters for you.
We require the following key information:
- When is your event taking place?
- Where will it be held?
- What topic(s) is your event addressing?
- Which languages do you require? Many other languages are possible in addition to English.
- How many participants do you expect to attend?

Offer and preparation
We will also be happy to provide helpful information on the technical equipment required and put you in touch with competent suppliers.
We will gladly interpret your event online and provide you with comprehensive advice on the available remote simultaneous options.
Our prices always include thorough advance preparation for the specific subject matter as well as the work performed at the venue itself. Please give us the key information for your event (topic, location, time frame, number of participants, etc.) and we will be pleased to provide you with a tailor-made offer – if you wish, in combination with a quote for interpreting equipment, which we will discuss in advance with a supplier on your behalf.
Once the contract has been awarded, we’ll start preparing in earnest for your event.
